Berowra Waters BBQ Boat Hire – no licence required

Berowra Waters Holidays offer a luxury BBQ boat available for hire by the hour, half day or full day. Our BBQ Boat offers up to 8 people the option of touring the beautiful Hawkesbury River in luxury. No boat license required!!

The Berowra Waters BBQ Boat comes complete with BBQ, on board internal, enclosed, toilet and stereo. It also has an external ladder enabling you to be able to swim off the boat and easily get back onboard and full length bimini for lots of shade for the perfect day out on the water. Perfect for children as the all enclosed boat keeps children from falling over.

Not feeling confident to take the boat out yourself or would like to have a tour of the area? Berowra Waters Holidays offers guides who can show you the area, local attractions and talk about the local history, aboriginal sites and influences.

Rates:

4 Hours (half Day) – $350

8 Hours (full day) – $450

There is a $500 bond. Full payment is required on booking the BBQ Boat. For hires for 4 hours, the hirer must take the boat between either 8:30am to 12:30pm or 1pm to 5pm. Extended trading hours during day lights savings.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS:

1. Hire of an Eski filled with ice – $15.00 – onboard ready to fill with your drinks when you arrive.

2. Fishing bait with bait board and knife – $15.00 – onboard ready to throw your line out when you take off.

3. Hire of a complete fishing kit – $30.00 per set – includes fishing rod, tackle box, bucket, bait,net, bait board and hook remover – all you need to fish.

4. Fishing rods – $15 per rod – Or if hiring a complete fishing kit above then extra rods are $10 each.

Please note you need a licence to fish. You can apply for your recreational fishing licence online.

Please note: We have a duty of care to our hirers, as such the BBQ boat hire may be suspended without notice in the event that the Bureau of Meteorology issues a strong wind warning or gale warning for Sydney enclosed waters. Check for any current weather warnings.

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full refund if cancellation occurs more than three days prior to day of use

2. 75% refund if cancellation occurs less than three days prior to day of use

However if you need to cancel we do offer a “defer the date” option where you can select another day with no loss of funds, subject to availability. If cancellation occurs due to storm warnings or wind warnings issued through www.bom.gov.au for the Berowra Waters/Hawkesbury region, on the actual day of hire, a full refund or deferred date is offered.
