Catering for your BBQ Boat Hire

Want to hire the BBQ boat out with a group of friends or family but just don’t want the hassle of catering? Well let us take care of your catering including breakfast, lunch, morning & afternoon tea, snacks and extras. Please note there is a minimum number of 4 people for catering. These serves are of a generous size. For more than four people please contact us for group discount prices.

Basic Breakfast Package – $ 56.00 for four people: Includes eggs and bacon with bread rolls and fruit juice. Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Big Breakfast Package – $88.00 for four people: Includes eggs, bacon, gourmet sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms with bread rolls and fruit juice. Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Gourmet BBQ Pack – $128.00 for four people: Includes gold medal winning Berowra Heights Butcher gourmet sausages & steak OR chicken fillets, plus condiments such as seeded mustard, sauces, crusty bread stick and salad items. (lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, fetta cheese, olives and balsamic vinegar). Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Seafood BBQ Package – $168.00 for four people: Includes fillets of salmon (or the best fish of the day), prawns, calamari/baby octopus plus condiments such as lemon, tarter sauce, garlic, sauces, crusty bread stick and salad items. (lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, fetta cheese, olives and balsamic vinegar). Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Cold Seafood Platter – $199.00: A pre-prepared platter for FOUR offering Sydney’s freshest seafood including freshly shucked Sydney oysters, Queensland tiger prawns, blue swimmer crab, smoked salmon, marinated octopus, mussels and condiments such as lemon, tarter sauce, seafood sauce and a crusty bread stick. Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Cold Antipasto Platter – $124.00 ($92.00 vegetarian): A pre-prepared platter for FOUR offering a selection of flavoursome cured meats, range of cheeses, vegetables preserved in oil including sundried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, roasted capsicum, chargrilled eggplant, brie, bocconcini, prosciutto and more. All served with crusty bread/bread stick and biscuits. Also included are condiments, cooking utensils, disposable napkins, plates, knives and forks.

Cheese Platter – small $55.00, large $75.00: A pre-prepared platter for FOUR offering a selection of soft and hard cheeses, olives, sun dried tomatoes and a selection of crackers. Also included are disposable napkins, plates and knives.

Sandwich Platter – $40.00 A pre-prepared platter for FOUR offering a selection of sandwiches made from the freshest produce on the day. Also included are disposable napkins and plates.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS:

1. Hire of an Eski filled with ice –  $15.00 – onboard ready to fill with your drinks when you arrive.

2. Fishing bait with bait board and knife – $15.00 – onboard ready to throw your line out when you take off.

3. Hire of a complete fishing kit – $30.00 per set – includes fishing rod, tackle box, bucket, bait,net, bait board and hook remover – all you need to fish.

4. Fishing rods – $15 per rod – Or if hiring a complete fishing kit above then extra rods are $10 each.
