If you have to Cancel

A full refund of any bonds/ deposits paid will be made if your booking is cancelled more than 30 days out from the booking start date.

After full payment of accommodation cost, 100% is retained but bond will be refunded  to you if you cancel within 14 days. Alternatively you may rebook another date at no loss of funds within 12 months of original booking , subject to availability.

Postponement or Date Changes

Should your requirements change, and you wish to change the date of your booking to an alternative date either prior to or after the original booking, we are happy to transfer the balance of any deposits paid to alternative dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability. NB We will only accept one postponement request from the date of the original booking.
